10. From Amsterdam: Kröller Müller, Hoge Veluwe & 1 Attraction
Meet your guide and driver in Amsterdam before taking a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan to the Kröller Müller Museum. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the Dutch countryside before you arrive at the Hoge Veluwe National Park.
Upon arrival at the Kröller Müller Museum, your personal guide will take you on a short orientation tour of the museum. Then, enjoy some free time to explore the museum at your own pace. Discover the second-largest Van Gogh collection in the world, which is comprised of almost 90 paintings and over 180 drawings. Furthermore, find masterpieces by modern masters such as Claude Monet, Georges Seurat, Pablo Picasso, and Piet Mondriaan. Be sure to check for any temporary exhibitions that are on display. In the sculpture garden, one of the largest in Europe, enjoy both sculptures and the beautiful nature of the Hoge Veluwe National Park. Distributed throughout the garden are over 160 sculptures by iconic artists, from Auguste Rodin to Henry Moore.
Then, choose an activity so you explore the park further. Pick up a free bike and cycle your way through the beautiful landscapes that the park has to offer: from deciduous, coniferous, and mixed forests, to wet and dry heaths, and shifting sand. Alternatively, have your guide/driver take you for a scenic ride through the park.
Finish your day with the choice of two attractions. Enjoy a 5D VR flight experience over the Dutch countryside. Experience breathtaking films providing you with a spectacular perspective from the air and new insights into how the Netherlands was created. Thanks to the astonishing special effects projected on a huge domed screen, you’ll feel like you’re soaring over the must-see sites of the Netherlands.
Or, choose to take a relaxing canal cruise to admire Amsterdam's most famous attractions. The cruise passes all of Amsterdam's most famous attractions and you’ll encounter canal houses from the Golden Age, the Westerkerk, and the Anne Frank House.
