This has been a fabulous tour, I can highly recommend it. All was well organised and in time. The group was really small and we had a highly engaged and informative guide, Jose Moreno, who knew everything about the Maya Culture, was able to find and point out all sorts of wildlife and was very proud and enthusiastic about his country. The sunset expierence was stunning, a park ranger made sure that everybody watching keeps quiet and you here the jungle noises. So happy to see that there is so much rainforest left intact and the locals seem to look after it well. The only drawback - do get prepared that it will be very, very, very hot and humid! And do not attempt to navigate Tikal without a guide - big chance to get lost!
