Kaiping Diaolou and Villages were built by overseas Kaiping people during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.     With pick-up from your downtown hotel at around 13:30, you will enjoy a comfortable transfer to start your afternoon trip in Guangzhou. Proceed to Guangzhou’s largest park, Yuexiu Park, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Then marvel at the Five-Ram Sculpture carved from 130 pieces of granite and visit the Zhenhai Tower, also named the Five-Storied Pagoda, both of which are symbolic sites in the city. Our tour guide was very talented and knew a lot about the history and the places we went too. I didn’t realise my hotel was situated within close proximity to two of the historical sights. The transportation was a bit run down but got us where we needed to go. Water was also offered.
