The whole tour was perfectly organized and Christian did a great job introducing the tradition and culture behind Mexico's most cheerished beverage. We were also really lucky to have great companions on the tour and at the end it was like joining a trip with good friends. While you should be up for enjoying one or two drinks, even our 11 month old daughter seemingly had a blast and the tour held all it promised. Thanks to Christian and Julio for a great day!
Small group, met awesome people. Edna, the tour guide, was fantastic, energetic, and responsible. Definitely recommend it to someone who has zero knowledge or experience in Tequila; you will drink way over the price of the tour! Salud!

Full description
The first stop is at the Puerta del Agave, where you will enjoy the beautiful visit offered by the viewpoint of the Tequila volcano. There you will learn about the history and roots of Tequila.
Continue to the Tequila Selecto distillery, where you take a guided tour of the facilities to learn about the ancestral processes, current methods, and the various aging processes of tequila. Finish the tour with a professional tasting accompanied by a pairing where you can learn all the secrets of tequila.
Next, visit the El Pedregal hacienda where you have an open bar tasting. Take the time to ride the giant swings and capture beautiful photos of the volcano and the agave landscape.
Then, discover the magic town of Tequila, where you will have free time to taste the typical food, and visit emblematic places such as Jose Cuervo, Casa Sauza. See the various museums as you stroll the town's picturesque streets full of tequila shops.
Finally, make a stop at the famous Cantaritos el Guero. Taste this typical drink and dance to the rhythm of a live band.
