Overall rating

It was well organized despite the large number of participants. Our guide was Elisabeth, who paid close attention to each person. I participated alone, but I didn't have any problems. Of course, I can recommend it to people from Japan. It was an English tour, but the meeting time was recited carefully, and as long as you don't miss anything and follow the movement after getting off the bus, there is no problem even if you are not good at English. We had more than enough free time at Jungfraujoch, 2 hours. They also set aside time to buy lunch along the way, and confirmed the location of the restrooms, so you can rest assured.

It was an amazing experience for my Daughter. The instructor Pablo was very nice and friendly. My daughter felt very comfortable throughout and she totally loved the experience. We definitely recommend to try this at least once in a lifetime .

Unfortunately we didn't have time to walk in Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Everything else was perfect and well managed. Excellent guide.

Yuxia and Lara seré very good tour guides. I would take Any tour they operate.

Had a great overall experience and would highly recommend
