  • Please make sure, that you don't miss the booked timeslot. Your boarding time at Grindelwald Terminal is the booked slot. If you are late you can still go up to Jungfraujoch but you lose your seat reservation between Eigergletscher and Jungfraujoch.

  • In case of bad weather conditions such as rain, fog or snow, the train will run, but the view of the glacier and the mountain range will be limited and no refund will be given

It was an amazing experience. But the ticket times are ambiguous and cause missed trains, confusion and overcrowding. My ticket said 9:45am. So I arrived at the Grindelwald Terminal at 9:20 But the 9:45 is the time of the train *from the Eiger Glacier Station*. It is *not* the time that the gondola departs from Grindelwald Terminal. You need to arrive at Grindelwald Terminal 45 minutes *before* your ticketed departure time. This needs to be made clear.
