Terrible. Was texted by a guide to meet in the lobby at 740 at 520pm. Waited over an hour before calling the president of the company at 830pm who had to then call me back and said they “assumed” i was part of a larger group and just canceled the whole tour without notifying me whatsoever. This was my last night here and it was supposed to be a perfect night. I am so beyond upset and frustrated.
