Full description

Explore Mauritius' 3 Northern Isles in just one day on this full-day catamaran cruise. Marvel at Mauritius' very own island getaways, government-declared nature reserves featuring pristine white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, and beautiful coral gardens. Enjoy tea, coffee, and cake upon arrival at the catamaran Wind Dancer, then depart from Grand Baie Public Beach after the captain's briefing.

Cruise easily for approximately 1 hour on the way to the magical Flat Island. Visit the island before returning to the catamaran for a sumptuous BBQ lunch and drinks. After lunch, explore the beauty of Gabriel Island. Snorkel in the lovely lagoon, or simply laze in the sun on the beautiful sandbar that Gabriel Island is best known for. On the return journey to Grand Bay, make a stop at the natural aquarium of Coin de Mire and swim and snorkel among a multitude of colorful reef fish. The catamaran arrives back in the bay in the afternoon. Both shared and private options are available for this tour.

Wer einen netten Tag auf einem Katamaran mit einer sehr angenehmen und freundlichen Crew, guten Essen und Drinks verbringen möchte ist hier richtig. "Nebenbei" gibt es drei Inseln mit zwei sehr schönen Stränden zu sehen und erleben. Es kann gebadet und geschnorchelt werden.

Die Katamarantour war eines unserer Highlights des Urlaubs. Dadurch, dass die Tour bereits um 8:00 Uhr startet, waren wir bereits vor den anderen Anbietern auf der ersten Insel. Die Inseln waren alle ein absoluter Traum und perfekt zum Baden und Schnorcheln. Ausrüstung steht zur Verfügung, ihr könnt aber natürlich auch eure eigenen mitbringen.

Was soll man sagen - toller Tagesausflug mit einer sehr freundlichen Crew ! Anfangs waren wir skeptisch weil es doch schon um 8.00 Uhr los geht. Aber es zahlt sich aus ! Man ist gut eine Stunde früher auf der Insel als alle anderen und kann das so richtig genießen ! So 60 - 90 Minuten später kommen dann gut 10 andere Boote noch in die Bucht. Dann wird's eher ein bisserl wie an der Adria ;) ... den ersten Stop unbedingt zum Schnorcheln nutzen ! Tolle Korallen und unzählige Fischer. Auch Schildkröten zu sehen. Aber vom Strand weg gesehen nach rechts Richtung Riff schnorcheln. Beim Sand sieht man nichts. Zweite Insel ist tricky - auf die starke Strömung achten und lieber in Strandnähe bleiben. Dritter Stopp ist nur mehr zum Schnorcheln - zahlt sich aber aus. Alles in allem eine mehr als empfehlenswerte Fahrt. Ahja weil viel übers Essen geredet wird - Frühstück klein aber fein. Kaffee und Kuchen. Mittags große Auswahl und ganzen Tag Getränke soviel man will.
