Enjoy a scenic twilight walking tour through two UNESCO World Heritage-listed neighborhoods in Granada and experience the beautiful city in a whole new light, first exploring the winding streets of Albayzin and then the lively culture of Sacromonte.
What to Expect
The route begins in the late afternoon. As you stroll through the maze of narrow, winding streets so characteristic Albayzín, take in the aroma of jasmine that permeates the neighborhood. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Alhambra and the Carmenes Gardens, where you will find typical Moorish houses.
After exploring the streets of Albayzín, head to Sacromonte. The gypsies who accompanied the Catholic Monarchs's troops settled in this neighborhood after the town was re-conquered. Famous for its caves, where gypsies continue to celebrate with flamenco dancing and singing, Sacromonte is a unique place bursting with history and culture.
After the guided walking tour, all the members of the group will be treated to a drink and tapa, a custom typical in Granada.
