Meet your guide at the guide meeting point, in the ticket office plaza. It is marked. The meeting point is in the square of the monument's ticket offices. In the square there is a small sign with a blue dot indicating "guides"

- Important Information: Please read carefully before booking.
- The time you select is provisional, as the Nasrid Palaces have limited capacity. The Alhambra assigns exact times, which may be confirmed even the day before the tour. We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- The Alhambra does not allow changes or refunds, so please avoid scheduling other activities or travel on the same day, as access may be assigned for morning, afternoon, or evening.
- Tickets are nominative. You must provide the full name, date of birth, and ID details of all participants during booking. Bring the original ID or passport on the day of the tour.
- Refunds are not issued for late ticket collection. Commentary may be in two languages.
- Book with confidence. If purchased less than 45 days in advance, tickets are subject to confirmation by the Alhambra. If they cannot confirm availability, your reservation will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund.
