Explore the 600-year-old Alhambra complex on a 3-hour tour led by an expert local guide. Visit the entire Alhambra complex and the Nasrid Palaces if you opt for a complete or private tour, and the Alcazaba and Generalife Gardens if you select the Alcazaba and Generalife Gardens tour.  Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984, the Alhambra was a courtly city that was home to the sultans of the Nasrid Dynasty. In addition to the ornate palaces of the sultans, your guide will take you to see the military fortress for sweeping views of Granada and the surrounding mountains. The Generalife Gardens were a place of leisure for the Moorish rulers of Granada in the 14th century. Admire the stunning site that’s abundant with plants, flowers, and water features. Alternatively, choose the option for the Charles V Palace and Alhambra Surroundings Tour which just includes a visit to the exterior of the Alhambra. The guide was excellent, passionate and fascinating, telling us about and making us live the centuries of history of the alhambra as if we were there!! The visit lasted 3h30, a bit of a pity that we didn't have the time (and the legs) to visit the Charles V palace with the guide. But it is free of access for visitors to the alhambra Nevertheless I recommend this visit !!!

Very good guide, interesting and knowledgeable about the history of the Alambra. Only downside, the guide arrived a few minutes late, we thought we had been tricked.
