Jaime (leader) was a true delight. He brought his dog, Kai, along and he helped give us extra energy! The route is considered easy, but for us Americans, it was more than we’re used to at times for a hike. Jaime motivated us to slow down if needed or explore if we were able. Make sure you have adequate hiking shoes or you could be in a lot of unnecessary pain. Small snacks and water are a good idea for along the way. I have a fear of heights, but Jaime walked me through getting past certain parts that were “scary” for me. The views are incomparable! I am proud of myself for getting to the top (and coming back down-ha!). HIGHLY recommend Jaime and this hike to anyone who wants to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains while pushing your limits.

Very nice experience, the Sierra Nevada is a unique place with breathtaking views. Challenging hiking, leaving the car at 2500 meters up to almost 3000 meters. You need good legs, breath and better to have good hiking shoes. The guide keeps pace with the participants and along the way tells about the characteristic flora of the place. His really nice little dog accompanied us. Better not to have other commitments to enjoy the excursion without haste.

We really enjoyed our trip and would really recommend it to anyone considering it. The guide knew the area very well and we felt safe with him. We got to see mountain goats and cows on the way up to the peak as well as plants and insects not found elsewhere. You need reasonable fitness for this trip and no fear of heights as you'll be going high. The views are great though and it was strange seeing and touching snow in Spain, and in July too!

Very good and knowledgeable guide. A great experience!
