It was ok. The driver doesnt enforce a queue system. We travel in family of 6 and some couples simply cut the queues and take the sit first despite we arriving at the pickup points earlier. The online app (city tour app) does not show actual location of all trains making it difficult for us to plan our timing resulting in a lot of time wasted waiting

This is a great way to see a city and hear about the history of a place. The bus allows you to pick and choose which areas you wish to explore in more detail. I downloaded the App in order to view the route and monitor the real time location of the buses but this didn't work well at all - the App needs tweaking. The cobble streets and uneven surfaces could be an issue for anyone with back problems as the seats are not very padded and you get jolted a lot.

From reading the previous reviews I was sceptical about booking this trip but it was a lovely trip with some hair-raising climbs up the narrow streets of Granada. I am glad that I had booked it. The lady at the kiosk that exchanged our online booking receipt for our tickets was really helpful and pleasant, we took our own earphones but could have bought some for €1.50 The ride was comfortable with good views all around. I thought that the commentary through the earphones could have been more interesting but concentrated on religion rather than some of the beautiful sights around. It's definitely value for money.
