It was a little frenetic with people trying to push onto the train. There also needs to be a system whereby those with vouchers, i.e. who have paid in advance, have priority over those who’ve yet to pay, which wasn’t the case. As a result, we almost missed being admitted while a large number of latecomers decided to buy tickets one by one! Very tedious for the driver and ourselves. Once on the train, the narration was great, comprehensive and very clear. It was a thoroughly interesting trip through the city and provided us with great views of Alhambra and other significant landmarks.

Good value for money. Brings you to all the sites around Granada. Be aware that for the 2 day ticket, it's not 48 hours. If you only use it for the last hour on the first day, that's one day used. Still it was quite cheap compared to other cities. On my first day I just did the whole loop to get my bearings of the city and the second day I hopped on and off. It's worth the money and you learn a bit about Granada too.

Great introduction to the different areas of the city. However the seating and suspension left a lot to be desired!! A more comprehensive leaflet would be a good idea, giving a brief explanation of what you could experience by getting off at each stop.
