Great hike and alternative activity to see the National Park and some natural beauty of the mountains 25 minutes outside of Granada city center. It is a 6.5 km loop hike up hill for the first half. There are some tight squeezes along the way, but the average hiker will be fine. Great trip and highly recommended. The 3 hours was perfect to get out in the morning and still have a lot of time for afternoon and evening activities. Julio was a great guide!

Julio and Marcelo were outstanding guides. They shared their knowledge and passion for this area with interesting information about the history and nature. We were pleased that they were very careful with ensuring the group's safety on some of the more difficult passages along the rocks. We loved that Julio took many photos of us in scenic locations which he shared. Participants should be in reasonable good shape and be comfortable navigating around rocks above a creek by handles in the rocks. (we are 65+ and not an issue for us but for others to know)

We thoroughly enjoyed our hike. It was a beautiful canyon with incredible vistas at the top. Marcello was a wonderful guide. There were challenges for all but never too challenging thanks to Marcello leading the way or offering a helping hand. The small group size was perfect.
