The Alhambra is a wonder to see and our guide was excellent. I speak both Spanish and English and he gave a good tour in both languages. The earphones were great as it allowed everyone to hear while looking at all there was to see. Having a knowledgeable guide to explain history and architectural details added greatly to the experience of seeing an amazing place.

Our guide was amazing. She went above and beyond by explaining everything in 2 languages plus telling us in Arabic the passages and poems inscribed throughout the Alhambra. Her knowledge of the site was exceptional and she was kind and accommodating to all of us on the tour. She was eager to answer questions and I felt that she enhanced our experience so much. We were a little taken aback by the price of the tour initially but once we got our wonderful guide, we felt the price was appropriate. Great, great tour with a fabulous guide!!

Our tour guide was perfect - however we started the tour with a little disappointment and that is the reason of this rating. We received texts at 01:00 am the previous night about a 30 min delay. People didn't even read it thinking it was spam so they thought we were stood up. There was a man from USA, alone and he had booked a private tour, paid 250 dollars for it and he received the same type of text but that the tour was cancelled. He had no idea and of course there is no way of booking a tour after that. The company should have been much more careful or at least give him a call as the Alhambra tours are booked out months ago. We booked a tour in English and it turned out to be bilingual - the guide had to explain everything in Spanish and English, which make it exhausting for both us and him and makes the tour go longer. I don't think this is doesn''t justify the price. He did a great job so that's not on him. Therefore, 5 stars for the guide, and 3 for the company!
