To be independent from all groups.👌 It was little unclear information about the headphones… it was NOT explained if them shall be for the own mobiles or for a unit from the organizator (with the endings in mind)

Please arrive at the Granavisión Welcome Visitor Centre, located at Paseo de la Sabika 28, next to the Guadalupe Hotel. Important: You must check in at the front desk inside the Welcome Visitor Centre. Our staff will confirm your reservation, assign you to your group, and introduce you to your guide.

Know before you go

  • It is mandatory to present the original ID card or passport to access the complex
  • If you don't provide the names and passport number of all participants you will not be able to visit the monument
  • You must redeem your booking voucher for a ticket at the meeting point at the Welcome Visitor Centre of Granavision (Paseo de la Sabica 15 close to Guadalupe Hotel)
  • Due to the high demand for the Alhambra Palace, if the time slot you have chosen is not available, the activity provider will book you into a new time slot

Several days before the tour date, I was sent a link to download the audio guide. It worked great! Got to use my phone and my own wireless headsets for the self-guided tour. Went at my own pace and was so thankful for the Nasrid Palace timed entry, as others were being turned away. Great experience again, thank you.
