  • You must also present the ID or passport before entering the monument
  • The Alhambra reserves the right of admission to those clients who have not provided all the required data. If you have not sent all the information requested, you may be denied access to the monument for reasons completely unrelated to the tour operator
  • This is a bilingual tour, offered simultaneously in English and Spanish. If the number of participants permits, the group will be divided into 2 groups, according to the desired language and the guide can then provide commentary in a single language
  • You must bring your ID or Passport with you. The staff of Alhambra can require it at any moment and you will not be able to access the monument without it

Alhambra is certainly worth visiting. It is an amazing place and our guide did a great job of getting us through the Alhambra with a lot of very interesting information. There is a lot to see and understand about Alhambra and I would recommend that anyone who goes do it through a tour group.

the experience was excellent: 1) finding the guide at the meeting place was easy, despite there being a crowd of other tourists. 2) Our guide, Natasha, was excellent . She worked constantly, covering every thing, including questions, in both English and Spanish. And went out of her way to find answers when she wasn't sure. 3) All interactions with "Get Your Guides" were professional

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The guide was very helpful and very clear. I am fluent in Spanish and English and could understand her perfectly. the only problem we had was the actual device to hear her. There was a lot of interference with the signal and sometimes we could not hear her but she would always explain things we missed and tried her best to help us.
