Full description

Climb aboard an air-conditioned bus and pass the typical village of Agüimes in the old aboriginal quarter en route to Guayadeque. Explore the dramatic caves, and then go to an aloe vera plantation to test the plants beneficial properties on your skin. Head north to take a stroll through Firgas. Then, pass small farms of traditional crops in the island's green interior. Marvel at the landscape of canyons and mountains and see the volcanic rock of Roque Nublo. Cross the mountain peak to pass through forests of pine and almond trees, and admire the village of Fataga in the "Valley of a Thousand Palm Trees" to complete your journey.

When you see a company name "Low cost tours" you wonder if thats what you will get. It certainly wasnt. A comfortable modern coach with excellent driver given the GC roads. A knowledgeable and entertaining guide with a good selection of stops and a very good lunch for only 13euro. By luck all the people at lunch were english speakers on my table. Some excursions Ive been on do try to seat people together by language. Maybe something for LCT to consider.
