From Göreme: Salt Lake Tour at Sunset

We visited end of August and although it was nice, we would not pay the cost or spend two hours to get there. The activity said to bring swimmers to swim in the lake but there were only puddles. This followed a week of rain but it was through summer so that wasn’t enough. We saw no flamingoes and there were quite a few people there. The sunset was quite amazing and the transport to and from the salt lake was really comfortable. As previously mentioned by other reviews, you’re not given any information, it is just transport to and from, and as such, we felt it was quite expensive.

Longer journey than expected and little time at the location. Only 1 hour.
