Fantastic experience! Pick-up and transfer was all good and the flight was wonderful. Don't worry about the idea of a 28-person capacity balloon flight. It didn't seem crowded at all as there was just 3 or 4 people in each compartment. It was nice to be able to buy the Insta360 video footage they captured -- except for the fact that it meant their camera was sticking out on its pole in front of the balloon the whole time and many of us had to take shots around it.
