From the meeting point in Avignon, set off to the village of Lacoste, once the residence of the Marquis de Sade, for a photo stop. Your tour guide will show you the must-see landscape of Luberon. On the way to Roussillon, take a look at the Roman bridge Pont Julien, one of the numerous Roman remains in Provence. Arrive in Roussillon and admire how the village is built at the top of an ochre cliff, as well as the ochre-washed façades of its buildings. Next, head toward Gordes, another village erected on the top of a cliff, and discover its fortified castle and church. See the village's typical houses, built from the rock on which they stand, before returning to Avignon.

On Thursdays, see the village of Roussillon and its colorful houses, with an iconic market. On Fridays, enjoy free time in Lourmarin, famous for its Renaissance castle, and visit the market. On Saturdays, discover the market in the city of Apt, famous for the candied-fruits production. On Sundays only, visit the market that takes place in L'Isle sur Sorgue. From mid-June to mid-July, make a photo stop at Sénanque Abbey, with its lavender fields in bloom. Drive to Fontaine de Vaucluse and the Sorgue resurgence before heading back to Marseille.

Drive to Pays de Sault with its wide lavender fields in bloom. Stop in Sault, the capital of lavender and enjoy many photo stops in the lavender fields in bloom and visit a lavender producer. You will have free time in the charming village of Sault for lunch on your own, and if you are visiting on a Wednesday, you're in luck as it is market day. In the the afternoon, one of the most beautiful villages in France : Gordes is a village erected on the top of a cliff, its fortified castle and church dominate the typical houses of the village which were built with stones from the rock on which they sit. Head back to Marseille in the late afternoon. The tour is provided from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Each day we start from a different village depending on the market. At Fontaine de Vaucluse we can admire the Sorgue river and take a walk to its source. The viewpoint near the villages of Gordes will allow us to take the most beautiful pictures of the Provencal landscapes. On Tuesday, free time in the village of Gordes to enjoy the market day. We will go to Roussillon (market on Thursday), the houses are coloured in red because of the ochre production present in its past. And in Lourmarin, a nice walk in the village will make us discover the beautiful square, local products and chich bootiques. Special every Sunday: the tour will last 1 hour longer to visit the market of l'Isle sur la Sorgue, the biggest antique market in the region. Free time to explore all the villages.
