Full description

Treat yourself to a fantastic night out in Ho Chi Minh City. See a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppet performance, and delight in live folk music and native dancing. Visit some of the city's highlights by motorbike, and relish a sumptuous meal as you cruise along the Saigon River. Meet your English-speaking driver at your hotel at 5:45PM, and take a motorbike tour of some of Ho Chi Minh's main attractions. Head to the Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre at 6:30 PM for an entertaining puppet show, accompanied by live, traditional music. Next, transfer with your guide to the cruise port, and begin your journey along the Saigon River at 7:45 PM. Admire the views of Ho Chi Minh City by night from your cruise, and dine on tasty, Vietnamese food. The cruise ends at around 9:15 PM, and your driver will then drop you off back at your hotel. If you would prefer to do the tour by private car, rather than on a motorbike, there is an additional cost of $30.

A very nice moment, the 2 guides (Asa and his colleague from VN Bike Tour) were adorable, took us on a good scooter ride in the lively neighborhood, a unique experience in total immersion which allows us to see a little closer to the amazing life of Saigon 😉 As for the show, it's really typical, a moment of entertainment not to be missed, to see at least once when you visit the country! A performance by the puppeteers, colorful and full of humor, we really liked it 😀 The meal cruise to finish: quality and quantity of the buffet quite honorable, and the vision of the illuminated city from the upper deck is a very good moment also. We really enjoyed this service overall, we recommend it!

The guides we had were fabulous. The water puppet show is very loud so if you're sensitive to sound take ear defenders. The dinner cruise was mediocre at best. The food was unpleasant, the service shoddy and the views very slow to pass - we felt this section of the experience really spoiled the evening
