Highly recommend this service! We booked transfer service because we didn’t want to tackle Ba Na Hills ourselves or do a full day group tour. It was absolutely perfect. The service provided is much more than a bus transfer to Ba Na Hills; Communication from time of booking was incredible. Staff were helpful and provided information promptly via What’sAp. Lyn in particular was excellent. They also help to book entry tickets to SunWorld, either online prior to trip (payment via PayPal) or on the day in person (payment with cash). They also provide an English speaking guide who provide a basic orientation to SunWorld, help you navigate main entrance and cable car up to Golden Bridge. There are so many people at SunWorld that this additional service is vital. Our guide Ni was so sweet. If you were lost you could message her via messenger or what’sAp and she would come find and help you. Highly recommend this service and would book through this company again.

Pickup was on time and there was only us and another family on the bus. We were taken to Ba na hills to buy a ticket for the cable car to see the Golden Bridge. The bridge was chaos with so many people there all making their way to the village at the top. Once at the village the crowds were less and it was lovely to walk around. When we came back down the cable car we stopped at the golden bridge and it was very peaceful. There were lots of buses picking people up and we were a bit worried as our bus was late. Also we weren't told that we were going back via Da nang as the other family on the bus had changed hotels and weren't returning to Hoi an. Also after we dropped them off it seemed the driver had an attack of gastro or something as we ended up down some back street where he jumped out off the minibus leaving the engine running holding his stomach. Quite a sight really. When he came back we continued our journey back.ro Hoi an.

Even though it says shared transfer you still get a guide, Jun. He is so so sweet and helpful. He gives you the option to just explore on your own and meet the group at a later time for departure, or you can stay with him and he shows you around (even with this option you still get free time). He was honestly so great, so friendly! I think this is absolutely worth it to book. You get a lot of time at the park. The van was comfortable and on time for pick up in the morning.
