It visits all the great attractions of the south coast, glaciers, the Black Beach of Reynisfjara, Eyjafjallajökull glacier volcano and of course, several of the beautiful waterfalls. The highlight of the tour is a Blue Ice Glacier Hike on Solheimajokull glacier which takes around 1.5-hours. Start by visiting the two great waterfalls of the south coast, Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss, as well as visiting lesser-known, more secret waterfalls Glufrabui and Irafoss. As you continue, drive under the great Eyjafjallajökull glacier volcano and the Mýrdalsjökull glacier cap, where you will take a glacier hike for about 1.5-hours and have a closer look at the Solheimajokull glacier. A bit further will be the great Reynisfjara Black Beach, where the sea crashes upon black sands and hexagonal basalt columns and rock stacks tower over the surroundings. In one day, see two volcanoes and discover five amazing waterfalls, visit Reynisfjara and get up-close and personal with the sleeping ice giants that are glaciers during the glacier hike. A perfect tour for the curious tourist and the inquisitive nature lover. This tour is available all year. Reserve it now to secure your spot on this South Iceland Tour. 2. From Reykjavik: Full-Day South Coast Saga

This tour brings together everything the Icelandic southern coast has to offer in the form of waterfalls, a black beach, basalt rocks, glaciers and volcanoes. From Reykjavik, head to Seljalandsfoss waterfall and its cousin Gljúfrabúi hidden in the mountains. Continuing on the south coast road reach Skógarfoss, a massively powerful waterfall. Afterwards, turn north up to Sólheimajökull glacier. Take the road around Pétursey before you head to the black beach of Reynisfjara. Have a nice stop so you can walk around and enjoy the scenery. Take amazing photos from the church of one of the most visited towns in the country: Vík í Mýrdal. This small coastal village is the place chosen for the lunch stop.

From there continue to Seljalandsfoss, the famous waterfall with the path behind it that will give you the opportunity to take stunning photos. Just a 5-minute walk from the Seljalandsfoss in the canyon hides another beautiful waterfall Gljúfrabúi, which you will have time to visit. Then continue to Skogafoss, a mighty waterfall visible from the road. Walk up the staircase that winds up the grassy slope beside the waterfall to catch some spectacular views of the waterfall and Iceland's South Coast. On a sunny day, both waterfalls will be covered by splendid rainbows. You will then visit the cliffs of Dyrholaey and Reynisfjara, the famous black sand beach with basalt columns and caves. Vík comes next, this charming fishing village on the coast, famous for its volcanic beaches and sea stacks. From there you will return to Reykjavik.

We wasnt going to book this tour as we had already booked 2 others but we were so glad we did! This was the best tour of the whole holiday it was so beautiful and really fun! The glacier hike was so liberating and very educational definitely worth doing. I need to give a special thanks to our tour guide who really made it fantastic! He was so funny and told us loads of cool stuff! Unfortunately I cant remember his real name to give him a proper shout out because he jokingly said to call him BoBo! But BoBo was amazing and I cant thank him enough for making this day excellent.

Beautiful waterfalls and views. In the title and description it says that you are also included in the glacier hike, but that is not the case. You go there alone and see a small piece. That wasn't very clear.

Absolutely breathtaking experience. Would 100% recommend. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely helped make the experience unforgettable. We would do it all again.

A long day full of great impressions with the absolute highlight of the glacier hike. The guide knew a lot to tell and made sure we were safe on the glacier. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 4 and this was our favourite tour of our holiday.. extremely well organised, comfortable bus and the sights were amazing
