The tour was absolutely fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend it. We were in a group of 17 and everyone got along. Our tour guide went over and above to keep everyone happy and threw a couple of extra surprises/experiences along the way which everyone welcomed (I will not mention what exactly not to spoil it for future travellers!). If you want to visit the key spots in Highlands in an organised way, do book a tour - our guide was super organised and we were spot on time at every point of the journey. Scotland is beautiful, but be prepared for the weather (waterproof gear is essential). We stayed in a lovely B&B in Inverness close to the city centre and local supermarket. You really don't have to spend loads when you are there, the tour offers great value for money. One point to mention - our tour finished in Edinburgh and we had to travel back to Glasgow for our flight (but we were issued a free train ticket which was ok). Highlands are magical - enjoy it, if/when you get there.
our guide Alex was great, very informative and extremely professional, I think this trip is really the best way to see the Highlands
