The driving time to Tawun is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic and the pick-up location. When you reach Tawun, the fishermen village close to Sekotong in the South West of Lombok, your guide will set up your snorkeling equipment and arrange for a boat rental for the day. You'll be cruising in an outrigger motorized wooden boat with a roof, making the 30-minute journey from Tawun/Sekotong to Gili Nanggu. When you reach Gili Nanggu, it's like stepping into a magical world. The pristine, sandy beach will tempt you to go snorkeling right from the shore, and you can even feed the fish!
