Full description
Your minibus will pick you up from Torremolinos, Marbella or Estepona and we will drive you to Costa del Sol. Once in Gibraltar, our minibus will take us to all the major sights, including Punta Europa and Las Cuevas de San Miguel. Punta Europa, on the edge of the rock, has a lighthouse and stunning views of the African mountains, just across the water. Cuevas de San Miguel has more of an edge. Though now a major tourist attraction, it was once a refuge for soldiers during wars and a secret passageway for those looking to escape. After the tour, we will give you the time to explore the shopping district of Calle Real and surrounding areas.

The trip worked out well Cons - coach not mini bus as listed collects groups from pick up points. Transfer to mini bus in Gib. Split by language spoken. No social distancing on the bus. Ours did not have a seat spare and although masks were supposed to be worn several of the passengers on our trip did not wear them or wear them properly. The wearing of masks was not insisted on. The 11 hours advertised was from 1st pick up to last drop off. Time in Gib was actually about 5 hours. Our coach was 40 minutes late to collect us - had to call the company and make sure the trip was still running. Positives All the guides were helpful, humorous and polite. The tour of the island and visiting the caves was very good with more than enough time left to enjoy the high street.

Great guide in Gibraltar who covered a lot of information concise manner and informative manner. Caves were amazing! Only negative comment is the number of stops and time it took to get from Malaga to Gibraltar but it this was noted in advance so no surprise. Bus was very comfortable.

If you want more time in Gibraltar, better book a sightseeing tour instead of guided. We had 4 and half hours in Gibraltar, so there wasn't time for the cable car. But overall organisation was good. Special thanks to the local guide John for the usefull information and driving masterclass!
