Outstanding Urszula Kupinska is a wonderful guide We had a fantastic tour We didn't see the time go by !!! She knows the history of the ghetto wonderfully and the visit to the schindler factory was also interrupted I highly recommend Urszula and this tour of the kazimierz district of the ghetto and the factory

Phil the tour guide was absolutely amazing. Fantastic English, so knowledgable and was able to answer every single question we had. He was a pleasure to be around and made us feel like the first customers he’d ever had. Just wish we could have tipped him more (cashless society habits). Thank you very much Phil!

Impressive experience, but I am disappointed that there was no way to hear the tour in German. A couple of posters were also in German. But that was not enough for my visitors. My recommendation would definitely be to offer audio in multiple languages.

Wonderful experience! The guides are great at explaining and have great knowledge in history and brings everything into life. Would highly recommend, the tours are operated separately but very successful and we weren’t lost and guided all the way.

Fantastic experience, Olga was our tour guide for Schindler's factory and the Jewish ghetto, then Krzysztof drove us to the salt mines. Both very knowledgeable and very good tour guides. I can't wait to get back to Poland
