Have visited Ghent many times but have never done the boat trip. The boat guide gave a good explanation of the history of the city & the buildings. A boat tour always provides a different perspective and angle to take photos. The company was really good to answer questions via email. I booked online as I wasn’t sure how many boats would be running or how full they might be. Thank you.

Very funny boat driver / captain / tour guide. Very multi-lingual

Lots of nationalities on the boat, the boat driver / captain / tour guide was very fluent in many languages. Unfortunately there were two women who chatted away the entire time among themselfes, it was hard to hear and I was simply too embarrased / stupid to ask them to please stop chatting. Ghent is wonderful, the boat tour was fantastic.

    nice and relaxing

The boat ride was prompt, guide funny but the sound/ microphone quality was not so good. You could tell that it was the acoustics as the sound improved when the tour went under the bridge :) Maybe, it could help with putting the speakers towards the middle of the boat instead of the front.
