Enthusiastic and friendly guide who was conversant in many languages. We signed up for English tour but he was able to accommodate French, Spanish and Dutch seamlessly. Interesting sights and good commentary. Guests in other languages were provided written explanations and photos as well. All seemed to enjoy. We had blankets provided to keep our legs warm as temperatures were just above freezing, but it was not uncomfortable, even in winter. Recommend this tour. Good value for price.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly guide! The only downside was it seemed like we backtracked a lot. The guide said we couldn’t go as far as normal as the water levels were low. Overall, a great guided tour that gave you some nice background and beautiful views of Ghent.

Easy to book and easy to find pickup location. The waiting time for the next boat is about 20 minutes. There are not many chairs for waiting tourists. a mandatory attribute is an umbrella (umbrellas) to protect against rain or the scorching sun. The guide or his assistant could be more active in distributing people around the boat, recommending the best place to listen to the story. The description of the tour mentioned materials in native language, but they did not give me.
