There was road construction and we missed a couple of stops. Also you needed to be clearer that not everyone in the car needed to purchase a ticket. The tour can be played through your phone and car radio that allows everyone to hear.It was still a great way to tour the park.

Great self driving tour. Tons of great info & optional places to stop along the way. The app was great as it gives directions based on your gps position. I played it through the CarPlay and it worked like a charm. Just FYI: you will download one app to activate & pay for the tour. Then you will get an email with a link for another app (action tour guide) & an activation code for the specific tour you’re going on. I didn’t get the link for the 2nd app for quite a while. I chatted online with the get your guide customer service and within about a minute I received a text message from action tour guide with the link. Seamless after that. Just make sure you have Wi-Fi to download the tour into the app (required). Very much enjoyed this tour. Much more so than I expected!

This is a great tour at your own pace. Though it can be accomplished in 2 hours, I would give your self 3-5 hours if you want to have time to get out of the car and look around. There are also optional mini-detours by foot to take into consideration. I recommend starting earlier on in the day to allow yourself time to enjoy and not rush. Overall, great tour and info.
