Know before you go

  • Please be informed that The Penang Hill funicular train service will be undergoing the bi-annual schedule train maintenance from 16-22 June 2025 The Penang Hill will be closed during this period. our park will be reopen on 23 June 2025.
  • Our operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, with the last admission at 6:30 PM.
  • Admission is free for children aged 3 and under.
  • Children's tickets are for ages 4 to 12.
  • Senior Citizens are defined as individuals aged 60 and above.
  • The Habitat Café and Retail Operation Hours: 10.00am to 5.00pm daily.
  • Train's operating hours can range from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the crowd (peak or non-peak hour).
  • Penang Hill Funicular tram ticket is excluded. Tram tickets can be purchased Penang Hill Funicular Train Ticketing counter located at Lower Station.
