After the visit you will go to a traditional restaurant from about 12:20 to 2pm where you will taste different kinds of local cheeses, dried meat and sausage, and enjoy the fondue dish and a small local dessert. Then you will have free time in Gruyères village from about 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM and then we will take you to the Golden Pass train in Montbovon at 3:28 PM. Relax in a comfortable ride aboard the famous Golden Express train overlooking magnificent views over Lake Leman.

Everything worked right on time. Beatiful places, knowledgeable guide, enough time in every place. The train ride at the end was very unpleasent! Old cart, uncomfotable and not enough seats. No airconditioning in this cart and the purpose of beatiful view was absolutely missed. Sad ending to a wonderful day.

The landscapes are stunning, the guide Magui is very loving and attentive, the Cailler chocolate is very good, the experience at the factory is worth it! The only drawback was the fact that the train journey took only 45 minutes from Gruyere to Montreux, I confess that we thought that the means of transport for the excursion would be the train! But it's still worth it because the landscapes are beautiful!

The organization was perfect, punctual and well organized.

Although the explanations were in English, Maggie our guide spoke perfectly Spanish and was attentive at all times that we did not get lost. Both the visit to the chocolate factory and the cheese factory are very interesting, the tasting in the small farm is very nice, the town of Gruyeres is beautiful and the panoramic train tour is really impressive. If I had to make a small criticism, it would be that the pace of the excursion is a bit dizzying, visiting five points in one day requires going quite fast at all stops, an excursion therefore not suitable for the elderly or those who tire easily. Even so for us it was very worth it and if you want to take advantage of the time it is certainly a good option.
