The guide is very good as well as the assigned guide driver, thank you for the free water. Please educate your office people , not helpful at all and its unfortunate that the toilet is “out of order”, think that most of your customer came from all corner of the world and will go to bus tour with no toilet stop , imagine if if you have kids , chocolate and cheese factory exceeds my expectations, you should have let us stay at least 3 hrs for the village, its lovely there.

This was a great trip overall, but I found our time in Gruyères to have been too short - after having lunch, we found ourselves literally running through the castle to see it and had to completely skip the HR Giger Museum even though we had paid for a combined castle & Giger museum ticket. The guide was great.

I booked this tour last minute and I don't regret it , The tour guide was very knowledgeable , the views were amazing, the chocolate and cheese very tasty and the wine just superb. I would recommend this tour to everyone. They were also aware that I need to get back on time for the flight and dropped me to the airport on the way over. Overall - Excellent
