The trip was amazing. The views are stunning. I just suggest to include some information about the number of steps to climb to reach the peak walk bridge to know what to expect for the one or the other who might have some health issues. In genral, the experience was amazing and the guide was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The guide David was exceptionally good, but the whole experience was ruined because one of the guests not turning up on time near the cable car and delaying the whole tour by an hour plus, waiting in the hot sun and then the trip to Montreux was cut short because of that lady, again in Montreux she turned up late....and it was all the more annoying because she never apologised for the inconvenience she caused to everyone....there has to be a policy for such irresponsible persons..... David was a great person, he apologised profusely for the inconvenience, but the lady should have made to realise everyone else is as important as she is!!

A fantastic trip. Highly recommended!! The tour guide was amazing. He had fantastic knowledge. Sadly, we got stuck in traffic and lost a bit of time, but he was giving us lots of interesting facts about the country so this made it more pleasant. We were in a small minivan. Very modern with AC which is a must. Kept us cool along with clear windows that we could take clear pictures out of along the long trip. Complementary water included. We still had more than enough time at the glacier. This is certainly a once in a lifetime experience. Stunning views from the cable car/ bridge. The walkway is a great place to take photos with beautiful scenery. Time allocated for the cafe to enjoy some nice food as well as go on the ski lift. I can’t say I tried any of the ‘fun park’ activities (the cart was closed). This appeared to be just a sledge so was limiting. But it was certainly worth it just for the views! A shoutout for the guide who got us tickets to the sledge ride after it closed!
