Niels was an amazing guide... Full of interesting knowledge about all sorts of topics not only related to the tour but Switzerland and France in general, and he was happy to share. It was a full day with lots of activities but very well organized and also plenty of rest and opportunity for independent exploration. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Geneva!

Could not have asked for a better guide, his knowledge was unbelievable and the way he organised the trip especially when the cable car was closed to begin with so he took us to the ice caves and then back to mont blonc when the cable cars were running again. If you wish to see mont blonc I could not recommend this enough, I would go as far as saying neils is the best tour guide I have ever had in any destination I have been to.

Full description

Begin your tour in Geneva, you'll meet your guide and board the bus for Chamonix. Gateway to one of the highest peaks of Europe "the Mont-blanc". Embark on a cable car to the summit the Aiguille du midi 3842m. Enjoy the breath-taking views upon arrival on summit, followed by a twenty minute walking tour to show you the wonders and summits around (Mont-blanc ect) Next, descend to the village of Chamonix for some free time in the beautiful alpine town. Enjoy local shops and restaurants. You'll have about an hour of free time before re-joining your guide for the afternoon. Your tour continues with a stroll to the train station, admiring historical landmarks of Chamonix as you go. Then, embark a cogwheel train and ascend 1900m to take in the spectacular views of the Mer de Glace Glacier. In season, you will have the option to visit the ice caves. Around five 5:00pm the bus will bring us back to geneva to finish the day at around 6:30pm. (Ice caves closing on the 03.11.24)
