Excellent from start to finish. Picked up right on time and transport was tip quality with polite informative driver. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel at ease and was more than happy to answer all our questions. Learnt a lot and came away humbled by the experience. So sad but glad we experienced it

Was picked up at the right time. Friendly driver who had also provided water for us. Nice reception by our (Irish) guide. Very informative and knowledgeable guide, who was also aware of where we came from and thus focused on the lives of our countrymen - and death in the camp.

It was surprising that many reasons were brought to the camp. And many countries. I didn't know that. Cruelty and consistent reach and the bringing of human lives made me horrified. It would have been good to be knowledgeable in advance. It would be great if the Brief Report was sent with the basics at the time you get your tickets paid online. Although in English. The guide could have spoken more slowly. Sometimes it could have been refined. Understand the attitude towards the sufferers.
