Meet your local guide and drive to a spot near Charent's arch which was named in honor of the Armenian poet Eghishe Charents. Head to the monastery of Geghard. Hear about how the crucifixion lance was said to be kept here for 5 centuries.

View the monastery which is from the Golden Age of the country's architecture. Continue to the Greco-Roman Garni Temple. Marvel at the temple which rests on a high plateau overlooking the Azat river gorge. Admire the mosaic in the bathhouse.
