Like living in a fairytale. Rory was a safe and efficient boat driver. He was very informative and gave us the the perfect balance between talking and taking in the scenery in tranquility. At Brendon's, I ate delicious smoked salmon "salad" which was actually an open face smoke salmon sandwich with three different kinds of salads on the side. The outdoor dining was awesome and the scenery was very beautiful. Donald and his pony Honey, took us by cart up the mountain, through the Gap of Dunloe and down the other side where our tour ended at Kate Kearney's cottage. We went across the street and bought some really yummy ice cream before our cab took us back to our hotel. Highly recommend this tour!

A little different than described, but still a great tour. First we went by boat for about 1.5 hours across various lakes and rivers. The guide was very entertaining and informative. There was no guide for the hike, which is a little different from the description of the tour. But this was not a problem and we were able to enjoy a wonderful hike. We arrived at the café about an hour before the agreed time for the bus transfer.

The trip exceeded our expectations. The pony trap ride was great. Our guide pointed out all landmarks and gave us interesting facts. The boat ride back was smooth and a bit chilly. We had jackets, a must. Unless you walk the toad, this was the best way to see the Dunloe Gap.

Excellent tour. Our ride through the Gap of Dunloe by jaunting car was surprisingly exhilarating as was the boat trip on the lakes. Beautiful scenery, and the weather was kind. Highly recommended.

Patrick out boat operator was amazing and our jaunty ride with Brian the horse was fantastic.
