ticketing system and their customer service was terrible .they were not helpful to resolve issues regarding tickets . there was no awareness before purchasing tickets . i bought 11 tickets but two persons did not have passport i requested just convert that two tickets to 3 hours tour they were not interested help at all . i felt like they just scamming through their system. i had to buy two additional ticket for them .

Weather was amazing. Loudspeaker volume was good and informative. Not too crowded. Ran on time. Boat clean. Staff friendly. Great day!

A very characteristic little cruise to better understand the most authentic Canada
