Full description
You will be guided south along the Wild Atlantic Way and into the lunar-like Burren region. From there you'll head to the picturesque fishing village of Doolin where you’ll board the ferry to Inisheer (Inis Oirr) – the smallest and most vibrant of the Aran Islands. Explore Inisheer, home to ancient churches and castles, one of the Irelands most beautiful beaches, lighthouses, shipwrecks, and several cafes and pubs. You can take a pony and carriage, hire a bicycle or stroll the country roads. On your guided return journey, cruise alongside the foot of the Cliffs of Moher, a spectacular journey which puts the 214m high, 8km long cliffs into perspective. After returning to Doolin you will be able to pause for a hearty lunch before embarking on the next leg of the tour – to the top of the cliffs! You will receive free entry to the cliffs and the eco-sensitive visitor center. Take a stroll along the cliff edge and consider how tiny everything looks from above! Once you depart the cliffs you will take the coast road home, following the Wild Atlantic Way before one last stop at the stunning Baby Cliffs in Ballyreen where you can walk atop the Burren. Return time in Galway is approx. 7:30 PM.

We were picked up promptly by our guide John, it was a small group of myself and my partner and a family of 3, small group. John was brilliant from the start he was very knowledgable on the area and history surrounding Galway and the areas that we traveled to. John would stop at beautiful locations to take pictures, he did not rush or make us feel that anything was too much trouble, the weather was terrible but he kept everybody happy, the tour covered fantastic sights and allowed us to see how island people live. Would highly recommend this tour even if weather is bad the views are amazing, good value tour

John our tour guide was absolutely amazing from the second we arrived to the bus. We had some issues locating the transport, but John was accommodating and as kind as could be to us and made sure we were on the bus and ready to partake on our trip. From laugh to interesting facts about the surroundings of our journey, John felt more like a friend than a tour guide! Myself and my friends were overwhelmed by the energy that John brought to the tour, and without him there would have been a piece of the puzzle missing. Inis Oirr in the hot summer sun felt like a Greek island holiday, and the cycling trip around the island was as wonderful as the sights to see. The Cliffs of Moher were an amazing view with the most and fog reduced to a minimum, and the Burren was an amazing spot for some photographs as the sun set on the horizon. Overall, the trip was an absolute delight and I would recommend anyone visiting Galway to take part. Thank you so much to John who was the highlight of the trip :)

I was very fortunate to be gifted with having Richie as my guide, for the second time. The tour was phenomenal and we throughly enjoyed it. Richie made sure we got the most out of our day and it was well co-ordinated allowing for maximum time at each of our stops. We cant thank Richie enough for making our staycation that bit greater. Also, Saoirse is an absolute delight. Shes the coolest
