Experience the Cliffs of Moher independently with a round-trip express service from Galway. Get access to the visitors center on arrival, and enjoy approximately 2 hours to explore at your own pace. We booked this on a whim while we were staying in Galway so that we could check out the Cliffs of Moher as the weather was expected to be sunny. This trip was very straightforward - you meet up and get on a coach bus that drives you to the Cliffs, you have 2 hours to explore, and then you are taken back to Galway. If you are looking for a ride to the Cliffs and a decent amount of time to explore then this it the trip for you! The bus driver did not provide any commentary or facts so this really was just a ticket for the ride up there and for the admittance fee to the cliffs. If you want a tour that provides more information as you drive along the coast then this is not the tour for you. For the price we were happy with what was provided. Especially nice since it was only 5 hours of our day in total so we could still do other activities in Galway in the morning and after drop off which was at 5 pm. We had enough time to hike the cliffs, eat at the cafe, and go to the gift shop.

A great way to get down to the Cliffs of Moher in a nice coach. Much easier than public transport. It took 1 hr & 40 mins to drive there. We then spent an hour and a half walking around the cliffs which was just enough time, then the same easy drive back to Galway. I would recommend this if you don’t have lots of time and you want to see the Cliffs of Moher (they are awesome!) in half a day. Make sure you check the weather before you go as it’s not worth going if the visibility isn’t good.
