Our tour guide was wonderful and very good with descriptions of tastings as well as some historical facts about the city relating to food. The food was excellent however, an Irish dish (such as an Irish stew) as the final tasting would have been even better. Another suggestion would have been for the chocolate tasting to be held until the end if possible. All of the drink tastings were absolutely excellent. I would encourage others to take this tour as it was a highlight of our trip!

Small party was great, 12 people were able to hear the history. Taste some good food. Taste some whiskey and beer. The price, $100 a person, we did not know what to expect from it. Breakfast, appetizer, main lunch, side course, and dessert. With a taste of whiskey and a 6oz beer with lunch. Well worth the cost.

This Galway food tour is a 2.5-hour culinary delight. It gives a great overview of the passionate people and beautiful produce which combine to make Galway one of Ireland's gourmet jewels. The tour was fantastic. The guide was friendly and was filled with information about the places we visited and the food we ate. At first, I felt the price was little high but the tour was filled with lots of food and drink and at the end it was well worth it. Highly recommend.
