From Galway: Aran Islands & Cliffs of Moher Full-Day Trip

8:45 be at meeting point (slightly earlier if you want a good seat on the bus) 9:00 leave 11:00 arrive to Doolin, catch ferry to island 11:20 arrive: Take 55 minute tour either bike (e Bike recommended very hilly) / van / buggy (15 EUR each) or can also walk for free (We took wandery wagon - driver was so sweet) Stops at a graveyard, church, forget the other Return back to town (where you started on the island) Can grab a coffee or a drink probably not enough time for a meal. Get the ferry at 1:45 from the island for the Cliffs of Moher cruise (around 1 hour) Return back from cruise and get directly on bus 10 minute drive to the cliffs Walk around for 1 hour (goes fast) Then about 1.5 hours back in Galway We returned home at 6:30pm but Jerry said we ran a little behind schedule Jerry was an amazing driver, tour guide, and person. Very entertaining and knowledgeable. Thanks for an awesome day !

Our guide Phil was amazing - very knowledgeable and nice person. The tour itinerary is very thoughtful and diverse. We were glad that we took this specific tour as weather didn't allow us to see Cliffs of Moher from above but at least we were able to see them from the sea level during the sightseeing cruise. Visiting Inisheer was also a great addition to our journey - the island is very atmospheric and we had a brand new ferry with stabilizers. It would be nice to have a newer bus. Note that tour involves a lot of driving on winding roads so it's easy to get a motion sickness.
