The tour guide never showed up. When I called they told me they were "busy". My friend and I waited 40 minutes at night in the cold and when the guide finally reached out they tried blaming it on us saying our tour was hours later. I had to send a screen shot of the confirmation to prove otherwise. Since sending the confirmation, they have blocked my calls and stoped responding to me. I also emailed to request a refund and have received no response. Don't waste your time or money.
