A great trip. The safari was amazing! Our driver picked us up on time in Tangalle and we were waiting at the door ready for opening at the NP. 3 hours seeing loads of animals with a great guide then onto Ella with a quick stop at the Ravina Falls! Loved it and would highly recommend

Get ready for an unforgettable day of adventure and discovery! We’ll pick you up right from your hotel in Hikkaduwa, Galle, Mirissa, or Tangalle and take you on a smooth, comfortable ride to the wild heart of Sri Lanka—Udawalawe National Park.

Once you arrive, the real thrill begins. Hop into a rugged 4x4 jeep and set off on an exciting safari led by an expert naturalist. As you roam the park’s stunning landscapes, keep your camera ready—you might spot majestic elephants, elusive leopards, powerful buffaloes, and a kaleidoscope of birdlife.

Next, experience something truly heartwarming at the Elephant Transit Home. Watch adorable baby elephants during one of their feeding times (10:30 AM, 2:30 PM, or 6:00 PM) and learn about the inspiring efforts to protect and care for these gentle giants.

A great trip and perfect way to move from Galle to Ella including the wonderful Uda Walewe national park and waterfall. Our driver, Mr Kosala, was lovely, pick-up on time, drove very safely and spoke good English. The vehicle was modern, comfortable, safe, with seatbelts and AC. It was great that the safari jeep and separate driver was included in the price. The entrance to the national park was around £27. We were able to pay with card but best to being cash too in case card machine isn't working. Our safari driver, Mr Koshala, was excellent. He had 10 years of experience as a safari driver, excellent knowledge on animals, very attentive to meeting our needs and interests, to ensure a wonderful visit. Uda Walewe is fantastic, not crowded with jeeps. Our driver's favourite of the 26 parks in SL. We were delighted with this tour, both drivers, and recommend to other travellers looking for a convenient and interesting way to travel from Galle to Ella via Uda Walewe.
