Now in its 4th generation, it's still producing authentic wines from the volcanic soils of Santorini. Anhydrous Cellar Door Winery: In Greek, Anhydrous means “without water.” This winery creates unique wines, created by the earth, the volcanic rocks, and the sea breeze. These elements are reflected in the fruit meeting the smoky minerals and the incredible levels of acidity and the solid structure. Artemis Karamolegos Winery: Traces its roots back to 1952. It is inextricably linked to Santorini’s volcanic vineyards and winemaking tradition. Nowadays, their wines keep earning prizes at international and domestic competitions while they are currently the third largest winery of Santorini in terms of production volume.
