This was a great day trip from Munich to Neuschwanstein Castle. The drive was serene and beautiful and the history lesson about King Ludwig II was very interesting and informative. Our tour guide, Nic was helpful in giving us tips and making sure we knew where to go and when to meet. He was very knowledgeable about the history and gave us a nice balance of commentary and quiet time during the drive. Very enjoyable! Totally worth the time.

Stephen made the entire tour. If it wasn’t for him it would have just been a pretty castle. He took care of everything, gave us all the tips, the stories, and made sure we were all taken care of. If you are doing this tour, you need to make sure it is with Stephen. You will not regret it!

We had an excellent day at the Neuschwanstein Castle. Our guide, Lana, was excellent…entertaining, informative with a good sense of humour. She had very practical advice and tips that made the long day go smoothly and quickly. The castle itself is stunningly beautiful.

Tickets for the castle were booked up for 2 months, so this trip meant I could book last minute (2 days notice). The pickup process was smooth, and the castles and surrounding area are stunningly beautiful. Make sure you do Marienbrucke bridge in between both castles!

It was a wonderful experience to see this magnificent castle. The natural surroundings and landscape were beautiful and the castle, especially its interior design and decor were stunning. Definitely a must see place.
