Excellent tour guide, tour was short for the price. It is very difficult to make it to the castle in the time between picking up the tickets in town and the start of the tour. We barely made it in time for our scheduled tour, and that was with taking a taxi. Had we taken the bus, we would have missed our time slot.

We are not official ticket center of the castle and that why our ticket it´s the price higher than official ticket center.
there is a ceratain time to visit the castle with our Ticket.please that why you have to collect your ticket on time from at our office between 8:30-9am

The tour lasts around one hour or less. The castle is very beautiful and well conserved. It is really enchanting to go to Neuschwanstein. I will go again! Really worth it!
